Tanya's experience teaching doctors, nurses and estheticians as a national educator for a clinical skin care line combined with her tenure as a product specialist in a plastic surgeon's med-spa provide the foundation for Balance's "clinical results". In addition, during her time with one of the Bay Area's most luxurious day spas, she learned soothing massage and calming techniques that provide the foundation for Balance's "pampering experience." Tanya is Balance's owner, lead esthetician, and trainer. As owner, she is responsible for overall customer service and quality. As lead esthetician and trainer, she is responsible for establishing Balance's menu of services, developing procedures and protocols, and hiring and training our estheticians. Tanya's multi-month training process ensures you will receive the same great service and results no matter which esthetician you see at Balance. Furthermore, Tanya's warm and friendly personality will make you feel right at home.
Marina's years of experience treating clients for an array of skin care issues will be used to consult and create a customized experience. Marina has a deep interest in understanding and applying ingredient technology from across product lines to help clients achieve optimal results. Marina has a soothing touch and personality that has made her very popular with clients at Balance Skin Care.
Elena has over 4 years working in both medical and day spa environments and combines medical esthetics technique with beautification experience (e.g. waxing) to provide our clients with the results they seek and the experience they deserve. As a classically trained musician, Elena learned that dedication, training, and passion were the keys to success. Now her passion has turned to esthetics, and she applies those same principles to providing the best results-oriented skin care for our clients. Elena's desire to help clients change their skin for the better has driven her to master various advanced skin care techniques.
Tomoko's expertise and passion in accounting and operations translates into friendly and dependable back-office processes. She also manages inventory and keeps track of all bookkeeping here at Balance Skin Care. Tomoko is a CPA.
